Le macchine torrefattrici Trabattoni modello Italnova 10 e 15 Kg per carica sono le più piccole della nostra produzione destinate a chi desidera iniziare a tostare e produrre caffè per il proprio bar, aprire una degustazione con vendita al dettaglio oppure semplicemente creare una nuova attività per se o per la sua famiglia.
Sono macchine molto rubuste ed hanno al loro interno uno speciale forno in mattoni isolanti e refrattari e il doppio cilindro per garantire uniformità di calore.
Il bruciatore può essere accessoriato con vari optional: serranda manuale, termoregolazione tre fiamme (ciclo semi-automatico), termoregolazione tre fiamme con PLC per registrare e riprodurre la curva di tostatura (ciclo automatico)
Sono disponibili con alimentazione a legna, a gas (naturale o GPL) oppure a pellets.
