Grazie al forno in mattoni e alle fusioni in ghisa possiamo tostare a legna direttamente nella macchina torrefattrice. La tostatura a legna è semplice, economica ma soprattutto garantisce un elevata qualità del caffè tostato. 

Tutta la nostra produzione può essere alimentata a legna Italnova  10/15 Kg or TP 30/60/180/240 Kg per carica

Our coffee roasters has a special bricks oven and a lot of parts in cast iron for this reasons it's possible roasting coffee with Wood directly into the roaster.
